There is a fine line between being assertive and being aggressive when you are exhibiting at a conference or tradeshow.
It’s assertive when you are willing to introduce yourself to anybody who walks by, and it’s aggressive if you won’t let a prospect leave and/or won’t let them get a word in edgewise.
Be assertive at your booth.
It’s a big turn off when you are aggressive towards conference attendees.
Aggressive is best left as a cheerleader chant:
Be Aggressive
Be Be Aggressive
Be Aggressive
Be Be Aggressive
